Human Rights Policy Commitment

The Company upholds and protects the human rights of all personnel, including full-time employees, contract staff, and interns. We align with international principles such as the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the UN Global Compact. Concurrently, we align our actions with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and formulate the following operational guidelines to implement our human rights policy.
