Basis Conducted in accordance with ESG Rating Item S-22 for FY 2026: "The company regularly discloses its implementation status and improvement plans on its corporate website, annual report, or sustainability report."
Purpose Aimed at understanding employees' satisfaction and expectations regarding various aspects of the company and their work. By analyzing feedback from colleagues, the results serve as an important reference for future institutional improvements, organizational management, and sustainability initiatives. Furthermore, through continuous enhancement of management measures, the company strives to build a more cohesive and sustainable workplace environment.
Methodology Conducted via an online anonymous questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale (5 = Strongly Agree, 4 = Agree, 3 = Neutral, 2 = Disagree, 1 = Strongly Disagree).
