Since its establishment in 2011, Top Radiopharmaceuticals has been deeply committed to the research, development, and production of radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear medicine. In 2014, with rigorous process controls, we obtained PIC/S GMP certification from Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW), becoming the first private radiopharmaceutical sterile preparation manufacturer in Asia to achieve this certification—a milestone that established our leadership in the nuclear medicine industry and formally aligned Taiwan’s private radiopharmaceutical manufacturing with international standards.

Currently, Top Radiopharmaceuticals holds eight TFDA-approved drug licenses, covering oncology imaging, Alzheimer's disease imaging, and thyroid therapy. Following our successful listing on the Emerging Stock Board in 2024, our new Zhunan plant in Miaoli is under active construction, featuring upcoming high-energy IBA cyclotrons to comprehensively expand our CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) business.

Beginning with the acquisition of an 80% stake in Leeman Biotechnology in 2025, Top Radiopharmaceuticals successfully initiated the strategic integration of northern and southern manufacturing facilities for radiopharmaceuticals in Taiwan, maximizing service coverage through localized supply chain advantages. In 2026, we officially completed the acquisition of the remaining shares, securing 100% ownership of Leeman Biotechnology. This move not only solidifies our market leadership but also infuses robust and sustained momentum into our supply growth ahead of the commissioning of the new Miaoli plant.
